North of England Wedding Awards 2014

Fresh tans, fancy dresses and teetering heels could only mean one thing – the big night of the North East Wedding Awards had finally arrived. As we headed towards York Racecourse our nerves were in tatters – finalists for our outstanding customer service once more, would tonight be our lucky night?

The room was a hive of hustle and bustle - chattering, chinking of glasses and the natter of fellow wedding folk getting to know one another suddenly hushed as the lovely [enter name of lady] took to the stage to welcome us one and all, applauding our collective successes and reminding us that whatever the outcome, we were all truly exceptional companies. One by one the awards were announced and we watched [companies who we know who won] collect their awards with pride.

Although pipped at the post by the fabulous Chris Cross Magician in our category, we won hands down at the blackjack table at the end of the evening. A great night had by the dynamic duo and a massive pat on the back for our flourishing business and most awesome team of staff.
